Tai Chi Qigong and Mediation classes. Tai Chi Qigong is a gentle form of exercise, of which health benefits can be enjoyed by all no matter your age or level of activity. Also known as Shibashi 18, there are 18 gentle movements that can be achieved sitting down for those who may have mobility issues. Regular practice will help improve your health. Some of these improvements include lowering stress levels, improving your circulation of chi, help you increase your energetic vitality and improving your wellbeing - mind, body and soul. There will be some mediation during these sessions. Looking forward to welcoming you to these fun weekly classes.
Dragon Independent Martial Arts (DIMA) is a new modern fitness and self defence system with its roots in Korean arts of Tae Kwon Do, Choi Kwang Do and Pil Sung Do with elements of MMA and other styles and combat systems taken into consideration if it offered something we found beneficial for our students and training. Our primary goal is to make martial arts fun and practical for all ages of student with drills and techniques that build fitness and can be applied in real life situations.
