Tai Chi Qigong and Mediation classes.

Tai Chi Qigong is a gentle form of exercise, of which health benefits can be enjoyed by all no matter your age or level of activity. Also known as Shibashi 18, there are 18 gentle movements that can be achieved sitting down for those who may have mobility issues.
Regular practice will help improve your health. Some of these improvements include lowering stress levels, improving your circulation of chi, help you increase your energetic vitality and improving your wellbeing - mind, body and soul.
There will be some mediation during these sessions.
